Shipping + Handling
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all items from our studio in Vancouver, Canada. Please allow 1-2 business days for order handling time & payment verification. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday. Please allow extra time if you have an International order.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and we highly recommend choosing a shipping option that offers tracking. If you select a method without tracking, we are not responsible for it in the rare event that a package is lost.
Delivery times are only averages, there can be additional delays if the package is crossing a border, or delivery falls during a holiday. We do not promise delivery dates or assume any responsibility for delivery times as this is beyond our control.
If the shipping address was inputted incorrectly or you’d like to amend the information, please email info@melissaaraujo.com immediately. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. Customers will be responsible for extra fees incurred if delivery was made to an incorrect address.

$40 Standard Shipping, 10-14 business days with tracking number included.
4-8 business days Express Shipping available. Rates calculated at checkout.

If your destination is not listed here email us at info@melissaaraujo.com with an inquiry and we can check and verify if we can send it to you and inform you of the cost.
If no one is at the shipping address, at the time of delivery to receive the package, it will be held at shipping depot for up to 5 business days.
You have 2 options: pick it up at the depot or call the courier and arrange for re-delivery if possible.
If you fail to do so, the package will be returned to M-A’s studio, and an additional shipping fee will be charged to send the order back out.
