Returns + Exchanges

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you change your mind we will gladly exchange or credit for purchases made from M-A site of our clothing pieces. Please note that JEWELRY AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Here are the requirements that need to be met for a exchange/credit for our clothing:

  1. Exchange/Credit is initiated by the customer within 7 days of the delivery date.

  2. Please contact info@melissaaraujo.com with your request. In your e-mail please provide; your order number, the original purchaser’s full name, reason for exchange/credit, and the item(s) you wish to exchange/credit. You will receive an exchange or credit authorization number and further instructions.

  3. The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with tags attached.

  4. The item(s) is mailed back to us within 7 days of exchange/credit authorization. We suggest mailing your package as soon as possible. You are responsible for the repackaging and shipping cost. M-A does not assume any shipping costs or duties on exchanges. Any additional shipping charges incurred when shipping out an exchange will be charged to your credit card and shipped according to your preferred shipping method.

  5. Packages that are sent without an authorization number will be denied. If the exchange does not comply with the above requirements, we are forced to return them to you at your costIn your e-mail please provide; your order number, the original purchaser’s full name, reason for exchange/credit, and the item(s) you wish to exchange/credit.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship everything manually and are big in quality control. But in case of any damaged items, please contact us as soon as you notice a fault with any M-A item upon arrival and we can send you a replacement.
